Because of the continued success and resulting growth of the size of our youth club, we have experienced significant challenges being able to adequately service the youth merchandise needs we feel our customers deserve. We apologize to any individual or team that has experienced any difficulty with orders this season and assure you we are working hard to make sure these challenges are rectified going forward. Eurosport is the solution to these challenges, as their professional soccer merchandise operation is committed to providing the highest level of support and service that we feel our members deserve.

This opportunity has required us to transition all our merchandise from our on-site FCD team shop to the Eurosport warehouse in North Carolina, a process that unfortunately takes some time, and has created challenges in short term order fulfillment. We ask that you remain patient with us for the next 30 days while our Eurosport transition takes place. Please note that effective immediately, we will not be able to fill orders in the FCD team shop, as ALL youth related merchandise needs will be filled via orders placed on a FCDY-specific page on www.soccer.com <http://www.soccer.com>. The website address and login will be provided to your team at try-outs and uniform fittings beginning July 1st.

Beginning July 1st, each team will be able to place orders online via a special website that offers all the FC Dallas youth related training and game gear at discounted prices. If your team is not able to place their orders online, orders can alternatively be placed via phone or fax. Additional details regarding ordering will be provided once the FCDY-soccer.com website is live. PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS, WE ARE UNABLE TO FILL ANY YOUTH RELATED ORDERS; EITHER IN THE FCD FAN SHOP OR ON SOCCER.COM OR VIA EUROSPORT. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes to you, our customers, but assure you that the long-term gain will be well worth this short-term inconvenience!
